We replaced our thermostat this week and we have been experiencing some abnormally cold mornings. Why? You would think a new thermostat would mean even heating morning and night. But, NOOOO, it has a mind of its own and decides to shut off at random times, during the day and night, and FREEZE us out! So, we have spent a few mornings sitting really close to the fire.

We FINALLY got some snow today!!!!
So, we stepped out into our skiff of snow and played around.

Well, as I make frequent trips to my thermostat to turn the heat back on, I hope everyone is keeping warm as winter shows its face for a few days.
P.S..........And wish us luck on figuring out why it shuts off whenever it pleases!
