Skypeing!! A whole new way to communicate!

Kalia isn't going to want to talk on the phone when she gets older. That will be too boring!

Here Shane is getting the computer set up to Skype Uncle Jed. She finds the computer screen quit intriguing!!!!! ( oh! and her little lion too!)

This is all that has been happening. We stayed here for Thanksgiving so, no exciting adventures to tell. That will have to way for Christmas.

1. IT'S SNOWING!!!!

And I'm warm and cozy inside with my little bundle of joy!
2. I am in love with my precious little girl,

3. she smiles for me,

4. I have the cutest little niece who loves to lay on the floor just like her daddy and read books.

and as soon as she knows there's a camera taking pictures...she instantly drops what she is doing and says "CHEESE"!!!5. We already filled our bellies with turkey, stuffing, and potatoes

(because we are staying home for Thanksgiving and our family won't be here to be thankful with us)

and

6. because, Kalia already expressed to us that she wants a PINK tool box for Christmas!

It's a wonderful day. Hope yours is filled with smiles too!

The view from here

I resorted to using the Bjorn today so I could get a few things done. She has hardly slept during the day for a few days now and i am getting so far behind on EVERYTHING!!! As long as i am holding her, she sleeps and is happy.Here's my attempt to get a smile on camera. Hmmm... not exactly a smile but cute nonetheless!Her new favorite thing. Sucking on her hand. Even when she is eating she will stop and find a hand to suck on!!!!AND.....

I think we now have a complete Duplo farm set! Shane bought the combine off eBay from someone in London!!!

Two Months

Our little baby is already two months old!

For the moment I am content to sit here! But.... in another second I'm going to let you know that this photo shoot isn't what I call fun!

Eyebrows scrunched, lip moving into pout position, and hands into fists... but, momma still thinks I am absolutely adorable!

October days

It was cold and rainy so, we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked! My cousin Dustin and his girlfriend Brookney were in town for a few days so, we had them over for pumpkin waffles. Taylor Kirsten Bodenhamer, Ryan, Malia, and Kamea also joined us.Kamea wanted a picture with uncle Shane!! She is getting very good at saying cheese!And,,, one with mom and dad.I made some mulled cider to warm our hands and of course our hearts! No Halloween is complete without pumpkin carving! Here Shane, Nathan Egge, Marcus Sanchez, and Ryan dig in and create...Scary/crazy... ...puking pumpkins!!
