Grandpas, Grandmas, and story time.

The day we arrived home from Hawaii, we had the privilege of having both of our parents in our home. My mom and dad were laying over waiting for the next leg of their trip home. While Shane's parents were just flying in to spend a few days with us. It was fun to have all of them together for a few hours.
So, we had to capture the moment.
Auntie Kara came for a few days also, and instantly became Kalia's best friend!
Grandpa was able to get in some story time too! Too cute!
And we can't forget daddy with his MUSTACHE!!! Oh, I can't wait until November is over. He is supporting Movember, if any of you have heard of it. If not look it up!
This weekend we were invited to an early Thanksgiving dinner. It was SOOOO delicious. Well worth the stomach expansion!
Shane and Marcus cutting the SMOKED turkeys! Oh man, they were so good
(As Reid is showing you by sneaking a piece! :)
Kristin and Kalia...
Kalias idea of fall fun! Showing mommy the GIGANTIC leaf daddy found in our yard!

We are getting ready to head to Idaho to work on our stomach expansion again. Hope you all have a wonderful week, and we'll update you on our trip next week.
Have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Maui'd (Part Two)

And then....
it was time for fun in the SUN!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here's Kalia posing by the pool
Time with Connor and Nicole
6 months apart, but best buds. Ha, Ha....
They hardly even knew each other was there!
I put Kalia in this floaty and she instantly relaxed and just laid there! I couldn't quit laughing, and she didn't move from this position for 5 minutes, or well....until the floaty ran out of air!
Grandpa and Grandma Grant treated us to a Luau one evening. Grand entertainment, and WONDERFUL food!
Kenyon and Julie
(Sorry no pictures my sweet nephews)
Mom, Dad, and Grandpa
Grandma and Taylor
And then there was the beach....
aaaaaaahhhh.... need I say more. I couldn't soak up enough sun. It was so wonderful!
Kalia LOVED the water this time too! She screamed, laughed, and jumped around every time the water came up to her feet! So cute.
Hey mom, this is the life!
These are some cute smiles I got of her when the water would hit her feet!
Full of joy!
Once she realized she could move around, she made tracks! Literally.
Walking on her knees.and then crawling.
I love the zig-zag pattern in the sand, not sure where to go in the big world!
So warn out! This is how she fell asleep in her stroller after an afternoon at the beach!
Our last dinner together before we all had to part ways and head home.
Grandma and Kalia at dinner
Momma, the pack horse! But Love'n it!
One last look at the beautiful turquoise ocean before we left.Our trip was much too short, but.......
it couldn't have been any better! We watched a beautiful couple get married, soaked up some much needed warm sun, and spent time with a wonderful family and friends.
Can't wait to do it again!
My precious little girl!
A perfect captured moment!
This is just one of the MANY beautiful pictures my cousin Taylor captured of my precious little girl!
I couldn't help but share this with you because it just melts my heart! I portrays her so well. She loves anything soft and cuddly. Be it a pillow, blanket, or stuffed animal, she is always hugging it and giving it loves! It's getting harder for us to get hugs when these things are around, but that's okay. It's a beautiful sight to see when she is hugging and loving something. She has such a tender heart and I'm so thankful for that!
We love you so much little girl!
