To visit friends

A while back Kalia asked me if we could go to Connors house, play with ALL of his toys, and NEVER leave.  *We had recently been to my parents and her cousins houses and as we would get ready to leave their houses (like all kids do) Kalia would say she didn't want to leave.*
Getting to play with someone elses toys was a pretty big thing to her, but having to leave those new toys behind was a tragedy!
Well, I promised her we would go see Connor and that she could play with ALL of his toys, but that we would have to leave at some point! She was ecstatic when we got in the car to go spend the weekend with our friends.
Pizza night with Papa Murphy's Mini Murph pizzas.
The kids made their own pizzas and basically ate the toppings before it even hit the oven!
She fell in love with Daisy!
 Pumpkin Carving with a DRILL!
I found a pumpkin gutter that attaches to a drill and quickly guts your pumpkin for you.  Best tool ever purchased!!
Silly Kalia and our carved pumpkin.
While Halloween was still a week away, these guys wanted to wear their costumes. Kinley just wanted to played in the pumpkin guts!
Connor is done with this hug!
"Hey guys, this is fun!"
Captivated!
Nicole and Connor joined us for half of our trip back home and met us in Leavenworth for a little kid fun at at petting/activity farm. They could have feed the animals for hours.

Here they filled up a little bucket and hoisted it up to a goat who was walking across a bridge.  He noticed the treat coming up and stopped and ate out of the bucket. This made the kids' day!
 Ball toss

 The sun was so bright.
Kalia got the biggest kick out of chasing this rooster....
...with her hands behind her back, that she followed it off across the parking lot until I couldn't see her anymore.  She must have been pretty intrigued!

We had a most WONDERFUL weekend. And we can't wait to go back!
The night we got home from our trip Kinley had his first visit to the hospital.
He had dislocated his elbow. Poor thing.  But, daddy let him play with his phone and he made an important call to someone to tell them all about it!
