We found ourselves sledding down the mountain one afternoon.
Unable to locate a designated sledding hill, we just picked a spot to call a sledding hill. We had so much fun exploring in a couple feet of powder and sledding down unmarked runs!

The trek up the mountain. I watched from the top since I had a sleeping baby in my arms.
After sledding, we drove up to the ski hill Pomerell to warm up by the fire and to show Shane where I spent my winters skiing growing up. From my beginning skiing days until I left home, my brothers and I could be found shredding the slopes! :) I hope to teach my kids how to ski/snowboard there as it is a relatively easy mountain.
